Syosset, NY- The top 4 seeds advance out of the 1st round of the Syosset Spring Ultimate Hoops League's first season.
Outstanding performances by:
- #1 seed Credit Crunch was led by Joe Furman with 21 points, 14 rebounds, 18 assists; Sam Ytuarte added 47 points.
- #2 seed Cougar Captains had big games from Carl Guilbaud (21 points) and Adam Lampert 19 points.
- #3 seed Unstuck had a surprising return of injured player Mike Mastro. Mike had 22 points, 17 rebounds, 8 assists
- #4 seed Blackout was led by Brandon Dominick’s 35 points (picture above Brandon D)
The semifinal games are this Sunday, June 26th
7:00 pm #2 Cougar Captains vs. #3 Unstuck
8:00 pm #1 Credit Crunch vs. #4 Blackout
The Finals will be played on Tuesday, June 28th at 8:00 pm.
