The regular season is winding down, and the postseason could have a rather interesting look to it once things are settled in a short time. Let's talk teams and scenarios.

We know right now that the McNuggets and Tropics are done. Six losses by each means there are now five teams battling for four spots. It also means that the enigmatic Ferrall Ballerz, now at .500 after a win over the "McMuffins" (watch the videos), will be in great shape with a victory next week. They hold an important tie-breaker over the Bad Boyz, who sit at 3-4.

With that said, don’t count out the Boyz. They have one game remaining, and could actually knock Old School out altogether if they take them down in the finale. Old School is 4-2 right now, but they’ve got RUNt up next. If they lose that, we could be looking at an elimination game. The Bad Boyz already beat Old School this season.

The Bad Boyz were trending up until back-to-back losses –an overtime heart-breaker and a defeat to RUNt, which, by the way, was only a nine-point game. Yes, the Boyz are officially the first squad to lose by fewer than 20 to the undefeateds. (Called it last week!)

So there are five teams still in this…Who did we leave out? Oh yeah, Just Ball. These guys are 5-2! It's likely they get the #2 spot behind RUNt, even while topping 45 points in just two of their five wins. How about Wednesday’s 35-29 barn-burner over the Tropics? It’s not pretty, but give them credit.

How great would it be if Just Ball ruined the Ferrall Ballerz season next week? Remember, Just Ball took them down in a wild OT finish back in Week 2. If the Ballerz fall to 3-4, it’s a problem. They have RUNt to look forward to in the finale. Ouch.
