PHOENIX, AZ: Week 8 Preview | It's Go Time

The Spring regular season is coming to an end and almost every matchup will have some significance in week 8. Let’s break down all the matchups this week and see what every game will mean for the playoffs…

6PM TEMPE VS GILBERT: Both teams are 1-6 heading into this game and the winner will be 7th seed for the playoffs. So basically this game will be the battle for last place. The last time these two teams met was in week 1 and Tempe came out on top. Will either team even have enough drive for 7th place?
PREDICTION: Tempe by 4

7PM BULLS VS HEAD BUSTAS: This will be a pretty big game for the Head Bustas because winning will clinch them the #1 seed for the playoffs. However if the Bulls win and the Monstars lose they will be the #1 seed over the Head Bustas. Looking forward to seeing how the Bulls bounce back this week after their embarrassing loss last week.
PREDICTION: Head Bustas by 6

8PM MONSTARS VS LIFETIME: The Monstars will need to win and hope the Head Bustas lose this week for the #1 seed. Team Lifetime has already locked up the #4 seed regardless of a win or loss. They are the only team in the league this week that will have no change regardless of outcome. The Monstars will be my favorite to win it all… if everyone shows up.
PREDICTION: Monstars by 10

9PM WHO’S NEXT VS UPPER ECHELON: Both teams are coming into this game at 2-5 so the winner will automatically get the #5 seed. Getting a top 5 seed will be extremely important because it means avoiding a date with one of the big 3 in the first round. Who’s Next and Echelon have both been playing very well lately and I see both teams possibly being spoilers in the playoffs.
