Week 7 Preview

6PM HEAD BUSTAS VS LIFETIME TEMPE: The Head Bustas are rolling right now having won 3 straight and coming off a huge win over the Monstars last week. Team Lifetime will have their hands full this week but I think they will make it very competitive just like they do with every team this season. Star forward Chris Davis is possibly out for this game. It’s shaping up to be a game time decision for Chris.
PREDICTION: Head Bustas by 8

7PM WHO’S NEXT VS TEMPE: Who’s Next almost pulled off the upset last week against the Bulls showing they might still be one of the top 3 teams regardless of their record. They are quickly becoming one of the most dangerous teams in the league and the team nobody wants to see in the playoffs. I think Tempe will have a hard time containing Mark Price inside due to their lack of size and have trouble staying in front of Nick Tomsick. Star forward Kris Hennen sprained his ankle pretty bad last week; will he be able to suit up this week?
PREDICTION: Who’s Next by 6

8PM BULLS VS MONSTARS: This is the game everyone has been waiting for all year. The Monstars lost last week with out one of their top players but I know they will show up for this one. However star guard Mark Hanoosh sprained his foot really badly this past weekend at the National Tournament and is questionable to suit up Tuesday. If he doesn’t go I think the Bulls may be in trouble for this game. His speed and ability to break down the defense is one of the reasons this team is so successful. My prediction will be based on him sitting out the game but for a game this big I get a feeling he’s going to do everything he can to play.
PREDICTION: Monstars by 4

9PM GILBERT VS UPPER ECHELON: It’s been a long season for both teams but I want to give credit to both of them for continuing to show up and compete every week. Upper Echelon finally got their first win last week and will look to continue their streak this week. There is a very strong chance this team closes out the regular season winning 3 straight. I really hope they can build some confidence over these last few weeks so they can create some havoc in the playoffs. Gilbert will have their hands full trying to contain Joe Hormes especially if none of their guards show up. However I’m expecting a monster game from Michael Rose this week. Both teams are fighting for wins and this should be a great game.
PREDICTION: Upper Echelon by 6
