COMMERCE 17U: New champs crowned | Could this be the best team assembled?

Smash Bros are our 2016 Winter Champions

Well I guess a lot of us can't say we didn't see this coming. Smash Bros were dominate all season as they finished the season perfect in route to their first ever championship. Pursuit to perfection is complete.

This seasons championship was never in doubt for them as the literally demolished every team in their path. With so much firepower on the offensive end and great team defense, they were able to do whatever they wanted all season to every team.

In the championship game Smash Bros and Stroke City went back and forth exchanging the lead. It was a rough start to the game for MVP, Anthony Denha, as he just couldn't seem to get into a rhythm in the first half. With their star ice cold, Anthony Karana and Joseph Bashi stepped up big time scoring and locking down Stroke City's best players. Denha got it going in the second half, scoring 13 of his 17 points.

Julian Kamposh and his Stroke City squad gave Splash Team their best game of the season and even had a chance to force overtime, but missed the game tying three at the buzzer.

With there being a new draft every season im sure no captain will let this team be assembled again. Could this be the best team ever assembled in our 17Uleague?

Congratulations to Smash Bros on a terrific season.
