COMMERCE PREP: Predictions | GM Julian Kamposh promises a championship

Kyle Attisha, Armando Sulieman, Isaac Daoud before their game

Some real tight matchups in week 7 make for one of the more competitive weeks we should have. I wouldn’t be surprised if each game ended up being decided by single digits. Take a look at the week 7 predictions to see if this is the week the Smash Bros take their 1st loss or stay undefeated.

5:00 p.m. – Young Ballers (3-3) vs. Stroke City (4-2)
Stroke City took the first matchup by one point 66-65 in week 2 and still looks to be the stronger team moving towards the playoffs. A monster game from Armando Suleiman is always possible, however, I am more willing to bet on the team when playing against an individual. Julian Kamposh, Billy Sharrak, and company will be too much for the Young Ballers to handle in week 7.
Stroke City 71 – Young Ballers 63

6:00 p.m. – Super Splash Bros (3-3) vs. Smash Bros (6-0)
By looking at the two teams records you would think Smash Bros would win a rout. I am on the Jamar Mathews MVP bandwagon and saying this team will not lose another game as long as Jamar is there. Sorry Smash Bros, although you will have the #1 seed entering the playoffs, you will not be the favorite. Super Splash Bros will take over the #1 power ranking come Wednesday.
Super Splash Bros 75 – Smash Bros 68

7:00 p.m. – The Money Team (1-5) vs. Team Malik (1-5)
In week 2 when these two teams faced off The Money Team won 82-72. In one of the more amazing stats I have ever seen, they outrebounded Team Malik in that game by a whopping 54-16 or a margin of +38. They were led my Miguel Gorial’s big night (20 pts, 24 reb) and had all 5 players score 14 or more points that night in a balanced effort. With that big of an advantage on the glass, there is no way The Money Team doesn’t pull out another W on Tuesday.
The Money Team 81 – Team Malik 72
