COMMERCE PREP: Most Impactful Players | Which prep star will lead their team to victory

Whenever you find yourself watching one of our Prep games you see a player put up ridiculous numbers, your first reaction will most likely be, “Wow. That’s crazy.” But what you should really be asking yourself is, “Did those numbers help the team win?” If they didn’t, then that particular player might not be as valuable to the team as you thought.

Don’t get me wrong if a player puts up gaudy numbers, then he’s clearly talented. But those stats don’t mean anything if they lead to another check in the loss column. After all, would you rather have a scoring title or a championship ring? That’s what we thought.

Here's our list of most impactful players this season.

Alex Kashmikha (Team Alex) - Alex has been fantastic on both ends of the floor. After they were dismantled in their first game of the season they have looked like a completely different team winning three straight since. Alex is the floor leader of his team but he involves everyone in the offense. He doesn't come down and shoot every play. He trust his teammates and that goes along way in our prep league. He's averaging an amazing 24.5 PPG and 17.8 rebounds per game.

Blake Kizi (Team Gero) - Blake is just that player who gives you everything on the offensive and defensive end. A coach would kill for a player like him. He has a silky smooth mid range jumper and also takes on the responsibility of guarding the opposing teams best player each game. Blake as his team are currently undefeated midway through the season and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
