SHELBY REC: Power Rankings | Goblins are Back | Skillz Shut Down Dynasty

1. House Of Skillz (1-0) With additions of Juwan Watson, and Mike Perkovic, Skillz have quickly became a team that shouldn’t go unnoticed. They held a Dynasty team, to only 46 points in the season opener. It was a impressive outing for this team, and cannot wait till see more from this team.

2. Performance Fiberglass (1-0) The defending champs are back, they have won the last three titles, and come into this season with high hopes on getting their fourth. The team will be playing without Marcus Anderson this season, which is a big loss, but the team added some pieces in Joseph Cromartie and Robert Anderson Jr.

3. Goblins (1-0) Maybe not the Goblins of old, this team looks very solid though, they shot the ball very well in their first game especially from the three. Jeff Wertz led them in scoring in the first game with 27 points as he returns to the rec league. This team knows the game of basketball, and plays the game very well, they will be tough to beat.

4. Dynasty (0-1) Not an impressive start the season off, the team looked out of sync. With additions like Mark Camaj and Joe Gojcaj, this team has a lot of potential. They will need to build chemistry together though, if they want to get wins.

5. Y-Lie (0-1) They held their own against Performance, without having a starting point guard. Tyrone Jordan seems mum on his future here at Ultimate Hoops, and Rashod Phillips is not quite sure to return and play for Y-Lie. Other than that they still have a nice solid team, adding Nick Kosovich. We will have to see more of this Y-Lie team, how they will play.

6. Blue Chips 2.0 (0-1) Blue Chips look to reboot this season, hasn’t quite got off on the right note but show some promise in some players. Jerome Barnes returns to Ultimate Hoops and puts a great performance scoring 31 points. Other players though will need to step up and score. They also need to work on their defense a little as well.
