SHELBY VET: Power Rankings | Thunder On The Rise | Lakers & Raptors In Hole

1. Bulls (3-1) Despite an overtime loss against the Thunder, the Bulls still have one of the best teams in the league. They are ranked 1st in Points and Points allowed. Bill Treece leads the team in scoring with 19. 5 points a game. They look to get back on track against the Raptors.

2. Thunder (3-1) Impressive win over the Bulls. Additions like Leon Kennedy and Tim Thompson, really makes them a threat. They lead the league in assists, as DeAndre Cottrell moves the ball around very nicely. Shawn Graham leads the team in scoring with 23.3 points a game.

3. Nets (2-2) Very well defensive minded team. 2nd in allowed points, 1st in steals and 2nd in blocks. They are 5th in points though, Johnnie Brown leads the team in scoring with 23.8 points a game. Vaughn Gray leads them in rebounds, assist, and steals.

4. Pistons (2-2) Mckinsey Golfin leading the team in scoring, rebounds and assists. They are 1st in steals, with Nicco Genova getting almost 3 steals a game. They are 2nd in points and 3rd in points allowed, next couple of games will be tough, and to see how this team plays without Golfin.

5. Raptors (1-3) Not a good start, they are 1-3, have a long road ahead to get back in the playoff race, it’s been difficult though, Jeff Wertz is leading his team with 25 points a game, but will need a lot more help from his supporting cast, to get the job done.

6. Lakers (1-3) Lakers lost a tough one last week. Lawrence Bienkowski has been playing very hard, averaging 22. 8 points a game, and 8.5 rebounds a game. This team needs to play better on the defensive side, giving up almost 83 points a game. They also have a tough path ahead to make the playoffs.
