Against four players, Minnesota's Young-Graves goes for 70 points | Impressive or Not?

Young-Graves was all smiles after his 70-point performance against the short-handed Free Agents

Bloomington South, MN- Former UH player Johnny Webb has held the Bloomington South Recreational Division Single-Game Scoring Record since November 11, 2009. His 63 point record has been challenged but the mountain has never been scaled.

On Wednesday night in Bloomington South, Rainbow Warriors guard Sonny Young-Graves scored 70 points in their 157-84 thumping of the Free Agent team.

But instead of celebrating a new record, fans were left saying: What if?

The Free Agent team only had 4 players- making Young-Graves 70 points ineligible for the scoring record- providing him with numerous uncontested 3-point shots.

But did Young-Graves ever knock them down. He was 22-of-32 from behind the arc and finished with an off-the-charts 57.4 PPR. He only attempted two shots from inside the arc.

Some say 70 points is impressive no matter how many players are on the opposing team. Others will say, "Why are you even writing about this?"

What do you think? Is scoring 70 points against a 4-player team impressive or not?
