The Bulls and Nets are the top teams in the Veteran League and they faced off Saturday morning in a very epic showdown. Brandon Boyle chimed in with 14 points. Nets Vaughn Gray had a solid performance with 26 points and 5 assists, but his Michael Harrington and Dequan Wilson combined for 33 points shooting together 12-18 from the field. It was a close game throughout, which ended on a Jeff Wertz missed three pointer. Nets are #1 seed right now and still undefeated, but will look forward to their match-up again as The Nets hold off the Bulls.

It was all Larry Bienkoski and Patrick Fahey as they finally came alive for the first time this season. Larry Bienkoski had his best shooting percentage so far this season. He had 17 points, couple assists and a block. Patrick Fahey records a double-double with 18 points and 10 boards. Lakers dominated the glass with 35 rebounds to Pistons 18. Pistons were led by Mckinsey Golfin with 26 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and a steal. Pistons look to have team issues with each other. Frustration is mounting on the Pistons as they lose back to back games. Lakers on the other hand look to build of this win.

FINAL

Performance took care of business with Jason Sawinski leading the way with 36 points, with 4 assists a steal and 2 blocks in their victory over the heat. Jovaughan Wilson also but up 34 points and 18 rebounds in his best game yet this season. The Heat are struggling and still have no team chemistry, this is the second straight week without their star Rodrick Stevenson to complement DeAndre Cottrell and Shawn Graham. This team had high hopes at the start of the season but look very disappointing so far.
