COMMERCE, MI PREP 17U: Who Will Be Crowned Rookie Of The Year

Danny Baka Is Ready To Take On These Rookies

The Prep 17 and Under Rookie Class is littered with high-upside players, so there are a slew of prospects who could potentially become All-Stars. Not all of them will reach their ceilings, but several will blossom into household names.
This year's crop offers a handful of talented prodigies who have a decent shot at scaling the All-Star hurdle. But who exactly has the potential to reach this lofty status? Here are a few candidates.

Anton Lucaj (Team Anthony) - He has been a man on a mission this season. In his first season in Ultimate Hoops, Anton is showing why his deserving of this seasons MVP and Rookie Of The Year Honors. I believe its safe to say that he is the greatest offensive threat this season. On the season so far he is averaging 29 points while also grabbing 6 boards a game.

Aaron Muscaro (Team Kalvin) - He showcases his offensive talents with his ability to penetrate to the basket and score at will or find an open teammate. But Aaron isn’t just an offensive threat, he’s also a very smart and physical defender. In a league mostly dominated on the offensive side of the court, quality defenders are rare and very valuable.

Tarik Saed (Team Kyle) - Tarik has shown early in his rookie season that he will be a force to be reckoned with for seasons to come. This quick ball hungry guard has shown he can be put in the same category as some of our veteran guards. Through 3 games, he's averaging 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 assist.
