SHELBY REC: Walk-Ons Get First Win| Skillz Rout Peformance Fiber Glass

Walk-Ons took care of business Wednesday Night by getting their first win of the season. Sully Youanis was outstanding shooting 7-10 from beyond the arc scoring 25 points. Anthony Rasho and Gari Donevski also have solid performances behind Sully Youanis. They both combined for 31 points. Mountain Moon Shooters took a step backwards after last week, unable to score offensively, but unable to stop Walk-Ons transition offense. Walk-Ons finally get a well-deserved win after two tough losses they had in the beginning of the season.

Performance Fiber Glass, looked lost, and unable to slow down the defending Champions House of Skillz. Skillz dominated Performance in this match-up. Vaughn Gray and Anthony Amabile combined for 44 points. As a team they also had a total of 11 steals. Skillz played an all-around great game in this rout. On the other hand, this is a game Performance needs to forget about quickly. They were shorthanded without Evan Wilson and Brandon Boyle which could have made a huge difference. For now Skillz are undefeated and playing very well, but I wouldn’t be surprised that yesterday’s outcome will not happen again next time these two teams play.
