SHELBY VET: Lakers Starve Off Comeback Efforts By Pistons

The Bulls needed a win today, and got themselves that victory against the nets. Evan Wilson led the way with 23 points, Brandon Boyle has come back from injury, and he contributed with 19 points. The Bulls are happy to have him back as he has been solid in the games he has played. Vaughn Gray had one of his worst shooting games in his career. 8-25 from the field missing easy lay-ups, killing the momentum. The Bulls capitalized on those missed opportunities and pulled away in the second half.

Lakers got a solid win this evening as they faced the Pistons. The Pistons put themselves in a huge hole, as the Lakers jumped out to a good start almost leading by 20 points. Lawerene Bienkowski led the way with 21 points. The rest of the team were all in double-digit scoring for the day. Mckinsey Golfin had 26 points in his rally to get the pistons back in the game. They were down only 3 with seconds to go. Jason Sawinski had a chance to tie it with a three ball, but missed the shot. Lakers win their 5 game this season.
