COMMERCE, MI 6FT & UNDER: Angelo Esho Ties Scoring Record

One thing we can say that we see often in our "6FT and Under" league is outstanding performances night in and night out from our players. On any given night, on any given minute, and on any given second any one of these superstars can amaze us. There is one who caught our eye. Angelo Esho takes the cake with his performance as he piled on 52 points and now sits tied with Brandon Nafso for most points in a single game.

Angelo's onslaught started early as he had 15 of his teams first 22 points. With no Phillip Nelson in the lineup for Team Jordan, Angelo took advantage of every defender put in front of him. With 32 points at the half we knew he was going to be in for a huge night. With his team up 20 going into the second half, Angelo wasn't taking his foot off the gas as he continued knocking down threes and getting the basket with ease.

He finished the game with a stat line of 52 points, 8 assist, and 4 steals. With this performance I think it's safe to put him in the running for MVP with the rest of our candidates. Can Brandon Nafso separate himself from sharing the leading scorer title or will someone else take that throne?
