SHELBY VET: No Mckinsey Golfin, No Problem.

The Pistons without Mckinsey Golfin faced up against the Lakers this past Saturday. That did not stop the Pistons and Nicco Genova. Nicco Genova dominated all across the board scoring 29 points, grabbing 13 boards, 5 assists, and getting 4 steals on top of that. Lakers had no answer for Genova as he played very well from start to finish. Jason Sawinski also followed up with 19 points and 11 boards in the victory. Steve Shamou and Rob Turner also carried a big load and played a huge part in their win. Lakers started of pretty good, but in the second half, bricks started to appear apparent, as they ended up struggling from the field, shooting .40 percent from the field, and .24 percent from the three on 37 shot attempts. It was a huge upset and a very well deserved win by the Pistons who now approve to 2-1 of the season.
