What time do you get up on UH game days?

I wake up at 6 on game days for work.

What's the first thing you do when you wake up?

Brush my teeth.

What does your game day breakfast meal consist of?

Eggs and sausage.

Do you do anything differently at your day job on game days?

I will try to drink a lot of water and walk a little bit more.

My usual pre-game meal is…

Whey protein shake or some peanuts.

How soon after your game do you check uhlife.com ?

About an hour or so after I am done playing.

What do you like to do after your game to wind down?

Get some food then ice my knees.

What is on your pre-game music playlist?

Metallica.

Any crazy superstitions on game day you must adhere to?

No superstitions.

What do you pack in your UH Game Day duffle bag?

Headphones, mouth guard and water.

In the few hours after work and before my UH game I like to….

Go for a run to get loose.

When I arrive at Life Time Fitness on game night, my usual dress attire consists of...

Shorts, Ultimate Hoops jersey, arm band on my left elbow.

Any tips or tricks you are willing to share?

Always warm up and try to get a sweat going before playing to avoid injuries.
