Shelby Rec: GAME OF THE WEEK

House of Skillz is one of the two teams undefeated in the Shelby rec league. They are first in points, points allowed, assists and steals in the league. Tome Ivezaj has been playing phenomenal averaging thirty-five points and eight rebounds a game,along side Vaughn Gray who leads the league in assists. House of skillz has had a favorable early schedule most of the way, only facing one above .500 team Performance Issues(Defending Champions) in their first four games. The last four games will become a difficult challenge for House of Skillz. Three out of four teams in their remaining schedule ,are championship contenders and it starts this Wednesday as House of Skillz will take on Ylie.

Struggling at first, maintaining a full committed roster. Ylie started the season 0-2. As soon as they came together, Ylie showed why we shouldn't forget the former league Champs. With players like Tyrone Jordan, Rob Villanueva,David Stephens, returning with Johnnie Brown who leads the team in points with twenty three points a game. The recipe for winning the championship is there. With the addition of new comer Mike Gardner, who brings strength and athleticism. Its safe to say Ylie is making a run for it, and is not a team to sleep on for the rest of the season and playoffs.
