FLOWER MOUND, TX: Championship Games About to Go Down | Fall Season Signups
Big Mike from Try Hard(er) off the dribble
Tonight is the big night for Flower Mound Ultimate Hoops players because it’s the final two games!! Hour Long Drive and Try Hard(er) play at 7pm and at 8:15pm we have The Flo-Mo Saints vs the winners of game 1.
Hour Long Drive: they have been the team to beat all season. They are defending champions and back up their game on the court. Leading their team at PG we have Walter Tadeu, one of the best dribblers in the league. At shooting guard, EJ Nevarez, all-around player both off the dribble and can hit threes.
Flo-Mo Saints: the Flo-Mo Saints are for sure out for blood for the championship game, the only reason why they got beat 4 times was because a lot of the players on the team had to miss a few games throughout the season. When everyone showed up the last part of the season they were demolishing teams left and right.
Darion Holmes is a huge threat down low. He blocks shots like no other, dunks the ball, and shoots the three. Faisal Mansour is an awesome shooter. Wherever you throw the ball at he will most likely be there to drain it. What’s great about Faisal is he’s very fast and quick with and without the ball, you'll be dribbling and next thing you know he steals the ball and has a fast break layup. A smart player who knows where to be at the perfect time.
My prediction is Hour Long Drive will win against Try Hard(er)and for the championship game it just depends if both teams have all their players. If they do then this is going to be a game everyone will stop what they’re doing to watch. They both want to win and they will do anything to succeed in doing so.
