AJAX, ON: Game Notebook Week 6 | The Juice has spilled

Lots of unexpected changes this week. The undefeated Tough Juice get beat this week, we had a special guest on the mic doing the post game interviews and the previous last team in the league Jumpmen are starting to get it together with a winning streak. Check out how all the game went down.

Game 1 - Jumpmen vs Red Hawks
Game 2 - Eastside Goodfellas vs Team Dab
Game 3 - Tough Juice vs The Defaz
Game 4 - Durham Flight vs The Soldiers

Game 1
Game 1 was an aggressive game right off the bat. Jumpmen are trying to get their second win in a row with their new attitude and new player. Red Hawks trying to get out of this losing slump they've been in since their big man Jeron Kerr was injured.

Dominick Phillipe was fighting hard to get inside and create contact all game. Dominick, Brandon Blais and Mark Grizzle had 14, 14 and 12 respectively. They all played well with their point and rebound contribution to this game but more needed to step up for this game.

Jumpmen's newcomer Jermaine James is starting to know his new team and playing well with them. He had 8 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. The Saleh brothers also stepped it up this game with hitting shots and getting rebounds. Shaquille Francis was all over the place this game. He had 7 steals 7 rebounds and his regular 25+ scoring performance dropping 26 points. Jumpmen were able to keep Red Hawks down and won the game 60 - 47.

Game 2

Eastside Goodfellas looked to continue their win streak in this game vs Team Dab, Team Dab still trying to get it together with a lot of new player to the league. Team rebounds, assist and steals were all around the same for both teams but what made the difference here was turnovers.

Team Dab had 20 turnovers while Goodfellas had 8 this created a possible 24-36 point lead for Goodfellas which they always took advantage of all game. Only Shady Youssef scored past double digits with 14 points. Harpinder had a bad game this game not being able to hit his shots but he did work in other ways grabbing in 7 rebounds and getting 6 steals. Phil Levy also fought hard inside getting 11 rebounds.

Eastside Goodfellas were connecting on all cylinders. Bryan Fic, Peter Okalebo and Lorrington Murray all played great together. Bryan had 13 points, Peter had 18 points and 4 assists and Lorrington 17 points and 5 assists. These guys are becoming a real treat in the league due to their great team play. They can beat anyone in the league at this point. Eastside Goodfellas beat Team Dab 76 - 43.

Game 3

The undefeated Tough Juice face up against The Defaz both strongly expressing their projected outcome of this game before it even started. Both team were missing a key player although. The Defaz were missing their big man Justin Wiltshire and Tough Juice were missing Jelani Daniel.

This game was neck and neck the whole game. Stanleigh Mitchell was the PPR leader this week due to his great decision making and aggressiveness on the court. He constantly attacked the basket creating And 1 opportunities and protecting his basket grabbing in 14 rebounds. Aiman Saleh went 4-5 for three pointers and finished with a solid 17 points. Tough Juice's star Andre Chung had a bad game this game and a lot would say the reason The Defaz were able to give them so much trouble.

The Defaz's Jesse Forte went off this game. He went 60% from the three going 6-10 and finished with 22 points, 3 steals and 4 rebounds. They only had 5 guys this game but everyone contributed well and evenly from scoring, rebounds and steals. The Defaz take down the previous undefeated Tough Juice 57 - 55.

Game 4
Last week The Soldier's lost their #1 spot in the league and were coming for blood this game. A lot of talk from Anthony Irispen to the media prior of gameplay.

Durham Flight's Bejun Dela Cruz and Andrew Clarke played well scoring 17 and 18 points respectively. Dela Cruz also had 5 steals, 3 assist and 3 rebounds touching each stat. Andrew also did a good job controlling the paint grabbing in 7 rebounds. There was a difference between this two teams which was rebounds. Soldier's almost doubled Durham Flight's rebounds being a smaller team.

Soldier's had a lot of fast break points especially from Anthony Irispen and Leon Christopher. Anthony finished with 23 points and also going 80% from free throws, but Leon Christopher had a break out game this week getting a double double with 15 points and 17 rebounds a high amount for a combo guard he also had 5 assists as well. Leon is an upcoming player that straight hustle and is getting better and better as the season progresses. Soldiers take down Durham Flight 57 - 49.
