COMMERCE 17U: Predictions | Pretty Boy GM not helping his team
Preston Rabban to the rack
Big trades happened this week. A captain resigned and went to another team while that team picked up a superstar. Who got the better end of the deal? We will find out tonight.
5:00 p.m. – The Ballers (0-4) vs. Poon Patrol (4-0)
Someone needs to put a stop to this winning streak. These guys are really 14-0 because they went 10-0 last season. Unfortunately here is what I think is going to happen. Billy Sharrak keeps The Ballers in the game for a half, but Anthony Denha, Brady Kriko, and company pull away in the second half to move to 5-0 on the season.
Poon Patrol 66 – The Ballers 53
6:00 p.m. – Sand Storm (2-2) vs. Splash Squad (2-2)
Splash Squad has solidified themselves as the #2 team in the league, in my opinion. They start separating themselves from the other 2-2 teams in the league with a big win tonight over Sand Storm. Armando Suleiman and Tarik Saed continue their much more efficient style of play in the Win, especially after the trades happened.
Splash Squad 80 – Sand Storm 75
7:00 – Bad Boys (2-2) vs. Mini Mamba (2-2)
Julian Kamposh (27 ppg) is the #2 overall rated in the league (per PPR) and will lead Mini Mamba to victory in the nightcap. Anthony Qarana and crew get badly outrebounded in this one to fall to 2-3 on the season. Anthony needs to stop trying to be the pretty boy of the league and get his game in the game if he plans on his team winning this season.
Mini Mamba 64 – Bad Boys 61
