WOODSTOCK, GA: Week 2 Preview | Detroit vs. Everybody looks to rebound from last week's disapointment

The Summer Season at Woodstock got off to a great start last week as No More Losses and the South Beach Bombers got their first wins of the season. In week 2 we have some interesting match ups that will show what teams are contenders or pretenders. Detroit vs. Everybody needs to bounce back from their week 1 loss, but who outside of their star players is going to step up?

South Beach Bombers vs No More Losses 7pm

The South Beach Bombers got their first win of the season last week after going winless in the spring season. Newcomer David Threat had a impressive first game scoring 24 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. No More Losses played very well last week. They had 4 players score in double figures led by David Votta with 21 points. The key matchup in this game will be David Graham vs Sonny Givens. These two players always play with a edge, and it will be interesting to see who wins this matchup.

Skyforce vs Detroit vs Everybody 8pm

The rumor that has been going around is that Will Bristow has been talking a lot of trash leading up to this matchup. He has called out Jarett Hinton saying that he can't guard him at all. I'm not sure if this has got back to Jarett yet, but I will be sure to let him know tonight. For Detroit vs Everybody to pull this game out they are going to need Justin Rhodes and Gorm Laursen to step their game up. They combined to score 7 total points and that won't get it done.

Prediction Detroit vs Everybody by 4

Hammers vs Roswell Ballers 9pm

As these two teams play their first game of the summer season I'm not sure who will come out on top of this matchup. Look for Taylor Patterson to show why he is the Leading Scorer in Ultimate Hopps Atlanta. For the Roswell Ballers to pull this one out they will need their whole team to play good team defense and rebound. They are returning almost their entire team from last season. Hopefully a season of playing together will help them start to knock off some of the top teams. I just don't think it's going to happen tonight.
