ATLANTA, GA: Week 1 Preview | Can anyone stop the two time defending champions Enough Said?

Enough Said has proven that they are a championship caliber team by winning back to back championships. But the question remains can they go for a 3peat after losing sharp shooter Frankie Ghouchani to free agency?

Gawd Squad vs. Free Agents 7pm

Gawd Squad stole a major free agent in Frankie Ghouchani and is looking to take the league by storm. Will Frankie regret leaving a championship team to go back home? They have a tough match up tonight against Free Agents, who has talented group of players, but these guys will be playing together for the first time. Gawd Squad has been together for a long time and that could give them the edge tonight. This game will show a lot about a this team and if they are ready for the competition in Ultimate Hoops.

Mumford Returns vs. Late Starters 8pm

The Late Starters have lost there star point guard Thomas Lemon to injury and may struggle without him in the line up. He is the floor general for them and conducts the offense in a professional fashion. Late Starters will have to find a way to contain Bryan “BG” Gates who is known for his scoring. In order to contain BG they need to force the ball out of his hands and make the remainder of Mumford Returns try to beat them. Even with this game plan I still feel that The Late Starters don’t have enough star power.

Enough Said vs. Team Follies 9pm

Enough Said has had Team Follies number for the past few season but Team Follies is looking to change that. With some key additions, Team Follies feels that they can finally match up against the defending champs. Rumor has it that David Votta stated, that he will shut down Chad Cribbs to single digit numbers and get him into foul trouble. Cribbs will have to step up his game now with Frankie leaving the team for free agency, but he has never been one to back down from a challenge.
