WESTMINSTER, CO: Week 6 Power Rankings | A Shuffle of the Deck

Week 6 is in the books! Some changes have been made throughout the Westminster Power Rankings. Let's take a look at see what those changes are.

1. Hard Work (6-0; last week 1): After winning the game of the season, Hard Work remains at the top of the power rankings. Shondell Lee led Hard Work to a one point victory over Impact Basketball with a double-double, notching 20 points and 11 rebounds.

2. Impact Basketball (5-1; last week 2): One assist won't get the job done when you're facing the only other undefeated team in the league, and that was a major factor in Impact Basketball's one point loss to Hard Work. Impact looks to bounce back next week against The Great Unknown.

3. We Goin Sizzler (4-2; last week 4): We Goin Sizzler moves up a spot after dominating the previous number three team, The Gladiators, 97-65. Sizzler was led by Joe Halter and Dan Stoneberg, who each had a double-double in the convincing victory.

4. The Gladiators (5-2; last week 3): The Gladiators drop down a spot after coming out flat against We Goin Sizzler. Noel Flores was the lone bright spot for The Gladiators, scoring 37 points in the loss.

5. The Great Unknown (3-3; last week 6): The Great Unknown grinded out a tough, defensive victory against Ignite Athletics by a score of 65-61 on Tuesday night. Chad Smith was the high scorer in the game, dropping 23 points on 9-14 shooting from the field.

6. Man Bear Pig (4-3; last week 8): Don't look now, but Man Bear Pig has the second longest winning streak in Westminster. After beating Slam Drunk and Get Buckets on Tuesday, Man Bear Pig has won four in a row. They look to keep that momentum going next week against The Bad Boys.

7. Slam Drunk (3-4; last week 5): Slam Drunk seems to be in a bit of a tailspin, having lost two in a row by convincing margins. If they look to get back on track, they'll need to improve on their 39% shooting against Man Bear Pig.

8. Ignite Athletics (2-4; last week 8): Not having a bench and only shooting 40% from the field usually doesn't produce good results, and that's exactly what happened in Ignite's 65-61 loss to The Great Unknown on Tuesday.

9. Hoopsters (2-5; last week 9): After starting the season 0-5, Hoopsters have reeled off back-to-back wins. Hoopsters took down The Bad Boys by a score of 74-68 and Richard Peterson continues to put up monster numbers, scoring 35 points and grabbing nine boards in the win.

10. The Bad Boys (0-6; last week 10): What can be said about The Bad Boys that hasn't already been said about Afghanistan? They remain winless on the season after losing to the Hoopsters by six points on Tuesday night. The Bad Boys have two opportunities to get their first win next week with a doubleheader.

11. Get Buckets (0-4; last week 11): Get Buckets may not have won their game against Man Bear Pig this week, but improvements can be seen. Their scoring and offensive production has gotten better each week. If their defense can catch up to their offense, victory number one is in the near future.
