Hamgense Balls vs. Bricklayers 7pm

The Bricklayers lost their first game of the season last week and looks to bounce back to true form. This team plays well together and looks to go to the drawing board. They will have their hands full with Hamgense Balls , who are coming off a 36 point embarrassing lost in last week contest. Yes I will repeat a 36 point embarrassing lost. This should be a game to watch as both teams needs this win. With Bricklayers they did not get the production that they much needed from star Julien “The Streets Love Me” Wilson who had a career low 12 points against Enough Said. This is uncharacteristic from this star and I expect for him to bounce back. He will need some help from is co-star Sterling” Go Dawgs” Whitworth who can score from anywhere on the court. I expect this game to go down to the wire.
With Hamgense Balls coming off that embarrassing lost last week, I do not know what team will show up. This team is not the same without Derrick “The Factor” Wilkins who does all the ground work for this team. But even with Wilkins in the building I do not think he would have made up the 36point difference in last week lost. This team can shoot the ball from anywhere but when those shots are not falling, they look like a high school junior varsity girls basketball team. I thought this team was a contender for a championship but now I am strongly having second thoughts. Team caption Mike “ Mr. 4-13” McCarthy shot the worse in his career and I noticed he was getting some shots up after the game. McCarthy needs Frankie “ Championship Drought” Ghouchani to create and give him the open shoot. Without Ghouchani I don’t think McCarthy can hit a shot and it showed last week when he went 4-13 of the night

Prediction: Hamgense Balls by 8

Mike’s Finest vs. Team Follies 8pm

Mike’s Finest might be the only team in history to win last week and still bicker with each other, which I really don’t understand. This team has chemistry issues and I am not sure the mental make-up of this team. Lead by Chris Anderson, he expects the best out of his teammates and it can go either way. Either his teammates can respond or be discharged by his ranting. It will be interesting how this team will respond.
Team Follies is feeling really good about themselves after embarrassing Hamgense Balls last week by 36points. Lead by Chadam “ The Block Is Hot" Cole who had a career high 47 points. This star was hot from all spots of the court and I do mean hot. He shot 92% from the arch and everything that he attempted went in. I must say I was a doubter of Cole that night because he is not known for his outside shot but he had the game of his life. I hope you played the lottery young fella. If Team Follies even get a sniff of that type of production from Cole then this team will be back to championship form. But they will need a better production out of Jarett “ 30 for 30” Hinton who has not paned out for Team Follies. With only producing 4 points in last week win, this guy needs to step it up. This is the best league in Atlanta and you as player need to produce on both ends of the court. I challenge Hinton to get in the weight room, hone in on your game, get healthy and put in work on the court. Today is no excuse Tuesday and if you can’t provide for your team, rumor has it that you will be cut for next season. Team Follies was one point away from winning a championship against the 3x defending champs Enough Said. Team caption David Votta will do anything to win a championship even hurt some feelings.

Prediction: Team Follies 9,

Enough Said vs. Known Shooters 9pm

Enough Said is a shell of themselves and do not look like the 3x defending champs like they once were. This saddens me because this team was once so dominate that Known Shooters stacked up, did some recruiting as well as improved there coaching to match Enough Said. But with the mental woes that Enough Said is currently dealing with as a team, any high school JV team can beat this team. Rumor has it that this team is breaking up after this season and might not make it to week 8. I hate to see this because these guys love the game but it looks like the game does not love them back. Can Enough Said get back to their championship form? Only time will tell.
Known Shooters improved in all phases of the game when they lost to Enough Said in the semi-finals last season. They look good on the court but have not put there winning totals to use. I expect a big game out of Thomas Lemon as he knows how to control the court. This point guard has a high basketball I.Q. and knows how to game manage the game. Without Lemon this team is in deep trouble. I expect Known Shooters to have a good shooting night as Lemon can create from himself which will get open shots for his teammates. Known Shooters is preseason pick to win the championship but we will see if they can live up to that.
