COMMERCE, MI REC: Top Three Guards Leading The Way
Mckinsey Golfin Replenishes Himself During A Timeout
The season has just begun and the guards have come ready to play. Being the guard is one of the most important positions on the court. The guard is the leader and dictates the momentum of the game. In the Commerce Rec League, guards are a dime a dozen, but there are a few that stand out. Lets take a look at our top five best guards so far this season.
McKinsey Golfin - AKA "The Legend". McKinsey has been a superstar on the other side of town in Shelby for many seasons. After convincing McKinsey That the competition in Commerce is at its best he has brought his talents out here. Can his signature move earn him a championship this season though? Currently his record is 1-1 while averaging 30.3 points a game.
Brandon Nafso - Current champion for the past four season playing for C4, he averages 30 points per game. He continues to play on track for league MVP and his team holds the record of 2-0. Brandon amazes the crowd week in and out with his ability to finish at the rim amongst the big fellas at such a young age.
Andre Tillman - Taking a break from retirement, Andre "the animal" Tillman came back on a mission to stop C4 from winning another title. Tillman has been averaging 22 points a game, while his team currently sits at 1-1 after a tough loss this past week. that’s pretty good for an old guy. His team is currently 1-1.
