House of Skillz split with YLie this season, getting revenge from their one point loss in week two with a seventy-eight to seventy-two win. Vaughn Gray’s performance lifted House of Skillz, scoring twenty-eight points, grabbing eight boards, and dishing out eight assists. Everyone was in double digit scoring for Skillz, including Anthony Amabile’s five three pointers. Both teams face must-wins next week, to secure that top two seed spot, to receive a bye in the first round of the playoffs.
Wildcats finally get out of their slump snapping a four game losing streak, defeating House of Money sixty-nine to sixty-three. Jeff Manoski had his best game yet this winter season, scoring twenty-four with seventy-percent shooting from the field. Marcello Mastracco and Steve Mann hit ten threes combined, closing in on the Wildcats but couldn’t finish. John LeBlanc left the game with a foot injury at the end of the first half. LeBlanc is out for the remainder of the season.
Performance Issues and New Age Titans was a shoot around more than a game. Twenty three pointers from Performance, routing New Age Titans, one hundred and thirty-one to seventy-two. Which was a new Shelby Township Lifetime record for the most points scored by a team. Steve Maceri scored thirty-six points in this dominating victory.
