PHOENIX, AZ: Spring All League Team | Michael Rose Underrated or Overrated?
How does Michael Rose stack up to the leagues best?
All the votes are in and check out who made the All League First and Second Team in Tempe this Spring. The MVP for Spring Season is…
FIRST TEAM
GUARD: Mark Hanoosh: Early front runner for MVP until he got hurt
GUARD: Nick Tomsick: League’s Leading Scorer at 33.6 PPG
FORWARD: Kenny Mahone: Arguably the Leagues most complete player
FORWARD: Michael Purdie: Most athletic and exciting player in the league
CENTER: Mark Price: Game Changer in the Playoffs
SECOND TEAM
GUARD: Joe Hormes: Led league in 3 point makes per game
GUARD: Brandon Walker: Most consistent player on Championship Team
FORWARD: Michael Rose: Were numbers inflated on leagues worst team?
FORWARD: Francisco Ahumada: Avg 20-5-4. Leagues best all around player?
CENTER: Ryan Brown: Gave edge over Tyler because of blocks
MVP: Nick Tomsick
He helped take a team that started the season 0-4 to 8 seconds from winning a championship this season. Led the league in scoring by a landslide with almost 5 points more per game than the next leading scorer. He shot 51% from the field with the majority of his shots coming from the perimeter and has the highest PRA average in the league. Nick Tomsick is the Spring Season MVP for Tempe.
