PHOENIX, AZ: Playoff Seedings Revealed | Head Bustas get #1 Seed

The playoffs have arrived and the race for the league championship is closer than it’s ever been in Tempe. Which team will be holding the championship trophy in 2 weeks?

PLAYOFF SEEDINGS

1. HEAD BUSTAS: They have arguably one of the most talented starting fives in the league no doubt but sometimes let their emotions get the best of them. Will they be able to hold it together and finish this run?

2. MONSTARS: I’m not sure how they pulled it off but they won with only 4 players in uniform this week. The Kenny Mahone MVP season continues as he dropped 53 points last night coming off his triple double game last week.

3. BULLS: They came back strong last night to almost upset the Head Bustas but fell short after Kyle Speed hits a game winning 3 pointer to seal the win. The Bulls have shown they will fight to the very end and still one of the top contenders to bring it all home.

4. LIFETIME TEMPE: Has anyone seen Sean Eddy? Someone tell him this team needs him back soon because things have been ugly the past few weeks. They hit a low point this season losing to the Monstars with only 4 players in uniform. Its going be a quick one and done if they don’t get it together soon.

5. WHO’S NEXT: They have emerged as another top contender to win it all. Its amazing how 2 moves at the waiver deadline can change the entire season. They went from doormat to title contender in just 3 weeks. How far can Mark Price and Nick Tomsick carry them is the question now.

6. UPPER ECHELON: They have all the tools to be a spoiler in the playoffs. They have young guys that will play their heart out. They have veterans that know how to win. And they have a superstar in Joe Hormes that can take over late in the games. Don’t count them out just yet.

7. TEMPE: It’s a new season in the playoffs and everything you did in the regular season doesn’t matter anymore. Team Tempe will not go down with out a fight. Jason Osborne told me he has guaranteed victory over the Monstars next week.

8. GILBERT: They better show up with more than 4 players next week or it’s going to get very ugly against the Head Bustas. Rumor has it star forward Michael Rose is looking to join forces with Tempe stars James Braxton and Josh Henderson next season.
