NEW YORK: Unstuck and Street Ballers headed on a championship collision course?
The intesity is picking up in Syosset
Syosset, NY- Both reigning Ultimate Hoops champion Unstuck and new franchise Street Ballers are sitting at 6-1 this season in the Syosset Ultimate Hoops League.
Is it UH destiny that they meet in the Finals?
Led by guard Matt Lewis' 15.5 ppg, Street Ballers have a balanced offense which ranks #1 in league, averaging 70.3 points per game. They also dominate on the glass, leading the league in rebounding at 50.3 per game. Forward John Paul Adomaites is currently 3rd in the league in rebounding 14.4 per game.
Conversely, Unstuck is a one-man show led by Michael Mastro who is the team leader in every major statistical category. Mastro is currently #2 in the nation in PPR with 39.5 rating this season. If Unstuck wins another title, it will be on the back of Mastro.
Syosset closes out their Summer regular season schedule on August. 30th. Playoff dates will be announced soon.
