MANSFIELD, TX: Unpredictability Lives in the Playoffs | Spring Signups

This season has seen the extreme. From blowouts to nail-biters, from games with smooth play to heated games jam-packed with emotion and conflict, Mansfield definitely isn't your ordinary league. Next Tuesday wraps up the regular season, and teams are already talking about the playoffs. It's that time when anything can happen, and where records and seeding can be very misleading at a time where unpredictability is bound to happen. This is that league where no team can let their guard down, as any team has the potential to be #1. Let's take a look at 2 underdog teams.

Lunch Ballers
Don't let the record fool you, these guys are ultra competitive, and pack quite a few weapons. They've only lost 1 game by double digits, and 5 out of their 6 players average double digits in scoring. Their main scorer Adam Rowe is averaging 23.9 pts a game and can really light it up from downtown hitting 9-16 from 3-point range against the Veterans in Week 3. What they lack in size they make up for in quickness and hustle, and are quite pesky on the defensive end. If you're playing Lunch Ballers, you better come ready to play.

Texas Heat
The Texas Heat have the biggest team in the league in terms of size. They have 4 players 6'1" and up, and is lead by UH vet Carlos Ortiz who averages a double-double (24.0 ppg, 13.8 reb). 5 players on the Heat are averaging double figures in scoring. Their Achilles' heel is players missing in action. If they come with a full roster they're at full power, and playing comfortable is not an option against the league giants.

Will the strong remain strong? Where will the upset be? Only time will tell! Leave your predictions in the comment box below!
