AJAX, ON: 0 - 100 real quick | Week 7 Recap
Players are really starting to heat up with the playoffs soon approaching some teams are upsetting other teams while some teams are scoring 100+ on their opponents.
Game 1: The North vs Spartans
Game 2: The Moose vs The 6ix
Game 3: Monstars vs The Jax
Game 4: Th Storm vs Rainmen
Game 1
In game 1 the unpredicatable North played against the solid Spartans. he game started close in the start of the game and The North were looking to beat another higher ranked team. The North's Jawad Ahmad came out balling finishing lay ups in transition and hitting his threes. Jawad finished with 22 points but it wasnt enough to stop The Spartans. The Spartans star Tyrell Atkins came in late in the first half and showed why hes one of the top players in the league. He had 20 points for that remaining half and finished the game with 35. That coupled with King David Amoako's 13 points gave The Spartans the win. 74 - 54.
Game 2
The #1 seed Moose brought it to the #7 seed he 6ix. The 6ix were at a dissadvantage from the start missing their main big man Jeron Kerr. This allowed Justin Wiltshire of the Moose to easily to get the rim when he wanted which made the game lopsided. Justin Wiltshire finished with a strong 26 points and 11 rebounds. Lamont Wiltshire and Kyle Patterson also had good games both scoring 15 points each. The Moose held their dominance beating the 6ix 65 - 39.
Game 3
Game 3 was an unexpected game and had the fans up on their feet. The underrated Jax played very aggressive from the start hitting the Monstars hard in rebounds and And 1 plays. Ted Falcon had a fantastic game hitting 7 three pointers. Which allowed the Jax to control the game the whole game. Bejun Dela Cruz's scoring wasn't enough to give The Monstars the lead. Dela Cruz however finished with 23 points. Ted Falcon sealed the game with three key free throws giving The Jax the win over The Monstars 58 - 57.
Game 4
The new fan favorites Rainmen had a goal this game to hit 100 points and they succeeded. The Storm's Dominick Phillipe tryed hard to keep his team in the game scoring 25 points. The Rainmen scored 50 points in the first half and 56 points in the second half. Peter Okalebo and Andre Chung had field days with The Storm scoring 46 and 26 respectively. The Rainmen played to feed Peter allowing him to score the new leagues game high. Andre Chung also contributed with 15 rebounds. The Rainmen hit their 100 point goal defeated The Storm 106 to 44.
